Intermediate Computer experience including Google docs, Google calendar, Outlook inbox/calendar, composing emails, finding information in MS Office

Phone Answering Etiquette – some formal training preferred

Strong organizer-tracks many tasks to stay on top of them

Excellent personality – professional demeanor, good grammar, fun, hard working, integrity, light-hearted, non-gossiper, non-drama

Strong leadership skills – gets the job done one way or another

Team player – loves to be part of a team and help each other out

Strong work ethic – sticks around through day-to-day ups and downs, shows up on time and with little absences, looks for things to do when slow

The ideal candidate is a responsible self-starter who can take initiative without being told and work in a very fast-paced environment. This person seeks out things to do and to improve on his/her own accord not waiting for direction. They are able to handle many open tasks simultaneously and give status updates continuously.
